Our call-out is £114 and includes the first hour. After that it is £84 an hour, and parts are extra. All prices include VAT. Use the instant price to see the price for your job before you book.

02 Repairs and maintenance
Repairs, done properly the first time
Small jobs around the home, and planned maintenance for landlords, letting agents and short-let operators. We send photos when the job is done.

03 Renovations on a budget
Budget or Standard. You choose.
Painting, floors, bathrooms and kitchens at two price levels. Same team, same standard of work. Budget uses good-value trade materials and a tight scope. Standard uses mid-range branded materials with more preparation and finishing.

04 Leak and insurance repairs
From the leak to the finished room
A plumber alone stops at the leak. A decorator alone cannot find it. We do both, and write it up so your insurer can see exactly what was done. We work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents and block managers.

Find the leak
We trace it, photograph the damage and take moisture readings.

Agree with your insurer
You get an itemised report to send before we open walls or floors.

Fix and dry
We repair the leak and check the area has dried before we rebuild.

Put the room back
Plaster, paint, floors and tiles put back like for like.
Good to know
What we don't do
We are not Gas Safe registered, so we don't work on gas appliances, boilers or central heating.
We work Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and book urgent leaks for the same or next working day.
We don't issue electrical safety reports. We can recommend an electrician.
